this is me in my new apartment. i took this picture to print out and send jake....i never printed it or sent it. i think its funny because our ceilings are actually like 10 feet high but it looks like i'm a giant in a tiny apartment with tiny furniture, but that simply is not true.
this was the first really warm, really nice day i've spent in NYC and i spent it running errands all day for work. and i loved it.
and i've learned to stop asking why.

D: A LOT can happen in 4 and 1/2 months. I can't believe he's already saying things like, "not everyone gets a dear john." That is gutsy...
don't worry, i won't spill my wine. but i WILL accidently sit on a piece of chocolate on a very hot night and have a lot of it spread onto the whiteness of the couch. i will proceede to call gran in a fearful panic, get advice from her and continue to aid the stain in secret for the next few days. my roommate is a complete nut about cleaning and she seriously specifically said "i'm trying to keep the couches nice." yikes.
and yes, elder miles has a lot of guts. he's so controlling that i don't think she'd dare date someone else. or at least not tell him until her last letter.........................................................................
Seriously. I plan on meeting and marrying someone in the next 4 and 1/2 months. That man is a fool.
