disneyland with the birds! 1 of 3!

our weekend with the birds was SO FUN! i already want to go back, three days simply wasn't enough...haha!

although you might not be able to tell from this picture, disneyland is one of jon's favorite places in the world. mike and kim hadn't been there in a long time, so they were really excited as well!

we got there at about 3pm on friday. it wasn't crowded and we hardly waited at all for any ride. toy story had a 30 minute wait and that was the longest we waited for anything that day. it was awesome. 

i'm not sure what was better: the sunset over California adventures, the world of color water show, or disneyland at night.

we ate at my favorite d-land restaurant carnation cafe. jon and i shared baked potato soup, a cheeseburger, fried pickles and a chocolate cherry coke that tastes like you're drinking a tootsie pop. it was grade A. 

i think it was a good thing it was rainy on friday. it was pretty cold, but there was hardly anyone there! we made our three day passes worth it on day one with all the rides we went on! jon and i always tried to out-funny each other for the pictures. we wouldn't tell each other what we were going to do so it was always a laugh seeing the picture after the ride!
